Job Description


1. Partner with business units, acquire in-depth knowledge of the business and business unit; good understanding of business strategy and deliver HR strategy & initiatives within business unit.2. Consult with line management, providing HR guidance including organization design, staffing, talent development, performance management, employee relations, etc.3. Partner with APAC HR leader to lead strategic planning and execution of organization initiatives for the region. 4. Manage APAC HR operation and scaled programs (e.g. performance management, talent management, capability development, employee engagement, wellbeing etc.) 5. Create systems & processes which drive synergy and improve the effectiveness of organization action plans across APAC. Qualifications1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 2. Extensive experience in HR business partnering and/or HR consultancy.3. Strong experience with leading organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, skills assessment, succession planning, and performance management. 4. Strong consultative skills and experience working with leaders in an influence-without-authority role. 5. Excellent project management skills with experience of managing programs through a structured, data-driven approach. 6. Experience in analysing data and delivering recommendations.7. Excellent verbal and written English.8. Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit.
