You formulate, review and implement remuneration policies for MINDEF/SAF. This includes conducting pay research and analysis to facilitate decision-making on salary reviews and make suitable recommendations on pay policies. Your challenge lies in ensuring the relevance and competitiveness of pay policies amidst a rapidly changing employment market.
You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably in Mathematics/Statistics, Finance or Economics with prior work experience in human resource. Good numerical, analytical and communication skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint is advantageous.
