Job Description
  • Participate in Global HR projects as a task force member and taking initiative in the establishment and implement of the policy and scheme for Global Mobility, Job posting, Global Employee Value Proposition together with members in Japan Headquarters and other group companies
  • Support in international assignments and working with Japan Headquarters and group companies to review international assignments compensation and benefits, coordinating relocation activities and contracts preparation
  • Check tax and legal aspects of global projects with experts
  • Validating remuneration and compensation scheme of the group companies executives and reporting to Japan Headquarter by gathering salary benchmarking data and compensation reviews
  • Succession planning and recruitment of executives for our group companies and new markets
  • Planning Talent development programs for employees
  • To spread the Group's initiatives (vision, social contribution, etc.) to employees through activities
  • Planning initiatives to improve the score of Engagement survey
  • Promotion of Work-Style Reform including to plan office renovation
  • To carry out HR strategic tasks specifically assigned from the management

  • Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Min 5 years of managerial experience in the field of HR or corporate planning
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Responsible and ability to manage time and deadlines well
  • Hands-on and proficient in MS Office
