Formulating and implementing HR policies and objectives
You will lead and manage local HR teams to deliver a full spectrum of HR services
Directing recruitment, placement and retention of personnel
Determining and recommending employee relations practices
Identifying legal requirements for and ensure compliance with government reporting regulations affecting HR functions
Establishing wage and salary structure, pay policies, performance appraisal programs, employee benefit programs and services, and company safety and health programs in line with the corporate policies
Degree in HR or equivalent qualification.
Extensive HR experience in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Experience of partnering with a range of business groups in a global environment
Good knowledge of local labour regulations across the APAC region
Sound leadership abilities
