Job Description


Job Responsibilities


Act as a fast-paced HR generalist to work closely with line managers to perform all round professional HR services, including and not limiting to recruitment and selection, personnel, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development, staff communication, staff relations, etc.

Responsible for frontline and office payroll calculation (salaries, leave and other compensation calculations)

Knowledge in processing and executing Hong Kong work visa application

Prepare HR reports such as movement, headcount, summary, cost center allocation and payroll breakdown reports

Input data into Payroll system and maintenance of staff information

Responsible for other HR and administrative duties within the payroll team

Responsible for ad-hoc services as required by the business


Job Requirements


Diploma or degree holder Human Resources or equivalent

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Hong Kong Human Resources and/or end-to-end HR payroll execution processes with client servicing experience

Ability to handle high volume payroll work & adapt to change

Action-orientated, detail minded and organized

Hands on payroll experience using Microsoft Excel

Strong communication skills and inter-personal skills

Fluent in spoken English and Cantonese

Strong knowledge in Payroll calculations related to temporary, contract and retail workers will be a plus

Less experienced candidates will be considered as Assistant HR Officer
