HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICE MANAGER

Responsibilities

  • Incumbent will have to lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department.
  • Responsible for recruitment and hiring process as well as benefit & compensations.
  • Incumbent will be responsible for the induction programs and developing training for the employees.
  • Managing succession planning.
  • Must be well verse on the labour legislation and laws.
  • Ensuring business compliance to all statutory requirements
  • To provide the necessary support systems for payroll requirements
  • Able to organize and maintaining personnel records and work pass requirements
  • Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned
  • Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in human resources management or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience in outsourcing and/or human resources or related field
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws
