To support their innovative transformation, they are looking for an experienced, presentable, independent HR talent to manage transformation initiatives and change management program for the company.

A well-known and established company with a stable business is looking for a seasoned HR Manager to drive transformation program and change management projects at the Group level.

To support their innovative transformation, they are looking for an experienced, presentable, independent HR talent to manage transformation initiatives and change management program for the company.

  • Act as key point of contact to proactively engage and collaborate with key stakeholders to understand needs and business objectives of the internal clients
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify plans and scope for HR changes and enhancements, including change impact assessment, stakeholder analysis, development of change management and stakeholder engagement plans and execution of the change plan
  • Conduct detailed design of future state team structure, develop communications and workforce transition plans
  • Support HR Strategy and Transformation CoE Lead to coordinate the delivery of the end-to-end new target operating model and change management
  • Motivate and lead the project team with enthusiasm and drive team effectiveness
  • Review HR policies, and procedures and provide relevant HR advice to line managers
  • Prepare and compile manpower management report
  • Handle ad hoc projects as needed

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / HR Management or equivalent
  • Minimal 10 years of HR experience with HR transformation and change management, HR operation and project management
  • Knowledgeable in HR Operating models, organization design, change management principles, structure, and performance measurements
  • Excellent communicationand presentation skills in English & Cantonese
  • Proactive, independent; Strong numerical and interpersonal skills with minimal supervision
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
