JOB DETAIL

• Compensation & Benefit

Implement the organization's reward strategy so that its compensation and benefits outcomes meet current and future business needs and are consistent with the organization's desired internal & external market position.

• Talent Management

Responsible for design, implement, and management of employee performance evaluation and management including competency and skill management, skill gap analysis, employee career development program.

• Training & Development

Implement the organization's training and development strategy so the skill and performance of employees meet the organization's current and future needs.

• Payroll

Responsible for the activities related to the processing of payroll, aiming at guaranteeing the correct payment of employees and according to current legislation.

• HR Administration

Implement and manage established human resources program efficiently and equitably and comply with individual employment contracts, regulation laws and organization's employment policies.

a. Male/ Female

b. 37 - 45 years old

c. Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university

d. Active to communicate in English (Japanese would be advantage)

e. Has 4 years experiences handling HR Management

・Have worked in MNC/Japanese Company

- Good leadership

- Firm
