• Training & Development
Implement the organization's training and development strategy so the skill and performance of employees meet the organization's current and future needs.
Responsible for the activities related to the processing of payroll, aiming at guaranteeing the correct payment of employees and according to current legislation.
• HR Administration
Implement and manage established human resources program efficiently and equitably and comply with individual employment contracts, regulation laws and organization's employment policies.
