Schindler is looking for an Human Resources Manager with expertise in Talent Acquisition to be in charge of the following responsibilities:
- In charge of headcount report and budgeting, turnover rate follow-up and job function classification of all employees, including permanent, seasonal, outsources and interns
- In charge of recruitment, transition, termination procedure of the Company
- Ensure that all recruitment requests, transition and promotion proposal, and resignation are executed timely and in compliance with Vietnamese Labour Law and Company policy
- Ensure that employee profiles are well collected and archived for audit purposes
- Ensure timely recruitment by selecting the right candidates for Schindler Vietnam from Center to South areas, including Head Office
- Ensure all paperwork and payroll for outsourced employees
- Provide advise and feedback to Departments regarding recruitment, transfer, salary increase, promotion and termination
- In charge of employer branding and school relationship to prepare talent pipeline for the Company
- In charge of other HR projects and topics relative to personnel change, talent acquisition and employer branding

Yu cu cng vic

- University Degree, major in Human Resources Management or Business Management is a plus
- 3-4 years of similar experiences, expertise in recruitment and solid knowledge of Labour Law are compulsory
- Strong leadership, compliance, and ownership
- Strategic thinking and communication
- Solution orientated, attention to details. time management
- Good speaking and writing skill in English
