Roles & Responsibilities

Location: East
Salary: Up to $9,000

Working hour: Office hour


  • Implementing new HR system and policy to ensure process improvement
  • Drive HR strategies in achieving the business goals and success
  • Lead the HR team to provide professional HR advisory in line with business and Group HR strategies and objectives
  • Full spectrum of HR, including talent acquisition, employee engagement and compensation & benefits
  • Ensure proper employee leave and training records being maintained by the team
  • Ensure the team in complying with local relevant regulations and internal policy/procedures
  • Implementation of annual cycles, including salary and bonus review and performance management process through close partnership with key stakeholders
  • Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of HR Generalist experience
  • Experience in start up environment to set up the policies/ systems/ functions will be an advantage
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in dealing with organisational growth and change management
