Job Description

Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Biotech industry. They are looking for a HR Director to assist their Human Resource team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in West easily accessible. This HR Director would be responsible for :

  • Responsible in laying a leading role in key HR processes including talent management and review, compensation, performance management, talent development for the Group of Companies
  • Responsible in designing salary framework, review and improve current total rewards policies and procedures, oversee salary benchmarking exercise, job design and job evaluation analysis
  • Responsible in advising business leaders to ensure smooth execution of compensation and benefits solutions that fully align with functions/business goals
  • Responsible in participating and be a key contributor at management discussions and provide HR input for strategic business projects and long-term planning and budgeting processes
  • Responsible in leading, managing, and implementing the full cycle of performance management and remuneration review exercises
  • Responsible in analysing and assessing market data, industry trends, and best practices to create market competitive compensation programmes
  • Responsible in ensuring effective communication of total rewards philosophy and practices with internal stakeholders at all levels
  • Responsible in supporting any potential HR diligence and integration initiatives as part of continual and progressive growth plans
  • Responsible in providing advice and coaching to managers and employees on performance and training and development including the analysis of performance gaps and identify learning needs
  • Responsible in establishing and implementing learning and development programs to facilitate employee's growth and capability building
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
  • Requirements:

  • Minimum degree in HR or relevant studies with at least 7 - 10 years of relevant HR experience
  • Prior experience in managing companys performance management and compensation is a bonus
