Primary Purpose of the Position
The HRBP role functions as a strategic partner delivering business results with a focus on people, strategy & process.
Oversees all aspects of Human Resources for Ampol Singapore & US. Provides HR advice and assistance to managers at Ampol to support their efforts to build a competitive level of sustainable organisational capability to meet the current and future business strategies.
In addition, the HRBP ensures that local HR policy and process aligns with the Group approach.
