Job Description :
Our client, renowned retail company, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as HR Manager / Assistant Manager (Ref: 38916)
- Perform full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefit, training and development etc
- Lead a small team to handle monthly payroll calculation, MPF, tax return, medical claims
- Review and implement HR strategies for business expansion
- Oversee the performance appraisal system
- Work closely with shop mangers for frontline recruitment / mass recruitment
- Ad hoc projects
- High Diploma or above in Human Resources or related discipline
- Min 5-8 years HR experience with 3 years supervisory experience is highly preferred
- Well experience in retail / FMCG / F&B is an bonus
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Less experience will be considered as assistant manager
- People oriented, strategic, and strong leadership skills
