Job Descriptions

  • Handling full spectrum of HR functions & Office Administrations include HR Planning & Budgeting.
  • General administrative support as and when needed (Office administrative /assets maintenance matters).
  • Prepare and process payroll function timely and accurately including submission of Employee IR8A for tax filling.
  • Oversee HR and verify medical, annual leaves and benefits entitlements.
  • Oversee HR on work passes related matters such as applications and renewals.
  • Conversant with management of foreign workers accommodation.
  • Employee Relations, Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Training & Development, Change Management, etc.
  • To develop and establish effective manpower planning, sourcing, integrating and retaining the staff.
  • To develop and manage an effective staff training and development function.
  • Responsible for welfare and recreation programmes for the staff
  • Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in office, including office inventories, equipment, mails, etc
  • Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or Business-related discipline or equivalent
  • Around 5 years of experience in the HR industry
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Driven and strong communication skills
  • Good experience in creating and propose new policies
  • Good knowledge in Singapore Employment Act and Statutory rules and regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
