Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is a market leader in the Construction industry. They are looking for a HR Manager to join in their HR team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the South. The HR Manager would be responsible for

Duties:

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR
  • Responsible in leading a team to provide optimal operation support to the human resource shared services activities, affiliated with the various legislations and authorities guidelines which includes but not limited new hires, confirmation, benefits, leave management, transfers, promotion, and resignation matters.
  • Supervise for employee onboarding and offboarding processes including on time delivery of final salary settlement for payroll processing
  • Responsible in analysing and reporting exit interviews trends and make recommendations
  • Responsible in managing the maintenance of our Human Resource Database system
  • Responsible in supporting and assisting the performance management process, review and documentation
  • Supervises employees relations. Responsible in providing advice and assistance to employees in HR related matters, employee counselling and grievances handling
  • Responsible in ensuring compliance with rules, regulations, government legislation and to keep abreast of latest updates
  • Deliver consultation in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Responsible in preparing report and analysing that reviews efficiency of workforce resources
  • Responsible in performing any other matters and ad-hoc projects that may surface as instructed by the superior
  • Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • At least 5-10 years' relevant experience
  • Familiar with labour regulations is a bonus
