Job Description

5 days work week
Work Location: North
Salary : $6500 + AWS + VB
Industry:Manufacturing

Full spectrum of Human Resource functions including:

Recruitment & selection, compensation and benefits administration, employee relation, performance management and payroll

Develop the organizational human resources strategy in compliance with corporate group strategy.

Formulate HR plans, policies & procedures according to Groups objectives.

Prepare HR budget and ensure activities within budget.

Ensure compliance with local laws and employees rights in accordance to Companys Code of Conduct.

Compilation of confidential reports and provide administrative support to the Senior Management and Board of Directors.

Office administration and IT support.

Requirement:
Min Diploma/Degree in HR
Min 3 years working experience in managerial position
Possess excellent communication skills and ability to work with all levels.
Proficient in MS Office application.
