Job Description

  • Create, develop and manage people competency development program by providing competence framework, guidelines and assistance to managers.

  • Organize Employee Opinion Surveys using this as a tool for the management to improve work style and culture, career offer and business context.
  • Develop a growth pipeline through Talent Review with the management, managing staff performance and development. Competence analysis resulting in planned training.
  • To create a context for life- long learning and promote every day and continuous learning
  • To embed digitalization and people analytics for future workforce readiness
  • Collaborate with the local HR Manager in holding, the region and the business area

  • You will be part of the Specialty Rental HR community and will receive full support to achieve your mission.
  • You will participate in Specialty Rental cross-regional projects to unleash your potential
  • You will connect with the HR colleagues of Power Technique BA.

  • Experience Requirements

    You have solid working experience in Atlas Copco/HR/People management

    Experience in team management is a plus

    Experience in working in an international environment is a plus

  • Previous experience with labor relations in SEA preferred. Strong knowledge of federal and state human resources legal compliance or able to gain the knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact effectively with all levels in the organization.
  • Analytical, systemic, organized, results oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Position evaluation and job content analysis
  • Must be able to travel frequently

  • Educational Requirements

    University degree (MBA preferred) or equivalent through working experience.
