1.Assist Group HRM and the Plant Manager in the management of HR issues in line with business objectives and Tenneco business system.
2.Manage HR daily operations, implement an efficient and integrated strategy for staffing, recruiting, training, performance management, talent management, etc. at site level.
3.Make HR AOP, control and analysis monthly cost.
4.Make and implement annual training plan and ensure its efficiency. Conduct HR related trainings for different levels.
5.Develop and manage talents, lead talent review and capability review, and build up career ladder.
6.Support the manufacturing operation, including performance management, productivity improvement, employee retention, etc.
7.Implement Group HR policies and processes within the site.
8.Oraganize employee activities, and improve employee engagement.
9.Build up efficient communication channel and solve different employee relations issues.
10.Manage plant administative related works, including canteen, security, shuttle bus, company cars, etc, monitor and control the administrative expense within the assigned budget.
11.Coach and develop HR and admin team members, assign the tasks and monitor the performance.
1.At least Bachelor's degree with a specialization in HR Management or others.
2.Minimum 8 years experience in a HR function within a industrial environment, automotive industry is preferred
3.A good knowledge of employment law and local labor related law.
4.Familiarity with HR different modules
5.Good at office software, esp. Excel and PPT
6.International mind set.
9.Strong written and oral communications skills.
10.Work under pressure.
