With the new set-up environment, they are looking for a strategic HR manage with energetic vibes to set up the whole HR function for their Hong Kong Business.DescriptionWorking closely with CEO, and all top management, the selected HR professional will be involved in the full spectrum of HR activities and build the whole HR functions, workflow and policies for Hong Kong Operation.Key responsibilities include: * Evaluate the outcomes of the HR Strategy and ensure it remains appropriate and in line with KPIs * Develop and maintain effective internal relationships with key stakeholders * Conducts a continuing study of all Human Resources policies, programs, and practices to keep management informed of new developments * Establishes the company wage and salary structure and pay policies within the company including bonuses and raises * Leads competitive market research to establish pay practices and pay bands that help to recruit and retain superior staff * Understand the unique roles and responsibilities, strategic goals, andbusiness plans of each division in order to provide a proactive HR service * Ensure innovative recruitment is in place to meet company expansion needsProfile* Degree qualified * At least 8 years of relevant HR experience within property or related organizations * With a proven track record of success in managing all HR functions * With substantial expertise in the setting up HR functions and leading recruitment process * Proficient in written and spoken English and ChineseJob OfferAttractive package offered by reputable company with career progression in self-managed working environment.To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
