Headquarter in Europe, our client is an electronic device / component company with its APAC regional Headquarter in Hong Kong. To cope with their growth, they are now looking for a seasoned HR calibre to join them

 

We are now seeking for a HR MANAGER

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions across the Asia Pacific region
  • Partner with hiring managers in different countries on manpower planning and hire the right talents across the region
  • Ensure smooth and effective daily HR operation in different countries
  • Coordinate with local finance teams on monthly payroll in an accurate and timely manner
  • Manage annual HR practice such as salary review, bonus and merit, market survey and benchmarking, etc
  • Handle staff enquires and provide professional HR advice and solutions
  • Lead any HR projects as required

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum of 12 years of solid HR experience of which
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience at managerial level
  • Regional HR Experience is required
  • Familiar with labour law in Hong Kong and other Asia countries
  • Well-organized, detail-minded and able to handle multi-tasks independently
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Applications especially MS Excel
  • Good command in both verbal and written Chinese and English
