Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, C&B, succession planning, performance management and employee relations
  • Manage full employee life cycle from recruitment and selection, on-boarding, engagement and development to off boarding
  • Work on various annual exercises including salary review, incentive scheme review, performance appraisal, employee survey, etc.
  • Support department head in formulating and executing HR initiatives in line with forecast growth of the business
  • Oversee HR matters in overseas offices

Requirements:

  • Degree holder, minimum 8 years of HR generalist experience, regional experiences will be an advantage
  • Resourceful, organized, independent and problem solver
  • Passionate, energetic and good interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
