Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

To provide team leadership and management of suite of HR tasks in:

  • HR Shared Services for group of related companies and subsidiaries. (Complete range of the employee lifecycle such as staff recruitment, training, performance management etc,)
  • Talent Attraction Programs
  • Re-employment Services
  • Continuous review to recommend and implement improvements/ controls in processes and procedures

    Ensure all services comply with all prevailing regulations, corporate policies and procedures.

    Partner with key stakeholders to identify HR issues and propose optimal solutions, and drive key business initiatives

    Requirements

  • Degree holder with minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act and Labour Laws
  • Prior supervisory experience in leading a team to deliver HR targets
  • Ability to multitask and perform HR operational work while being able to strategise on HR matters to drive organizational growth
  • Possess strong stakeholder management, collaboration and influencing skills is required for the role
