Job Description

Our client is a fast expanding retail corporation with numerous retail outlets in Hong Kong. To cope with their growth, an excellent HR opportunity has arisen.

 

We are now seeking for a HR MANAGER - RECRUITMENT

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead a team and provide full range of recruitment & selection services to both front line and back office operations
  • Plan and implement talent acquisition strategy and develop recruitment programs to cope with the business growth
  • Liaise with department heads, hiring managers and HR business partners on manpower planning, resources allocation, hiring plan and budget, etc.
  • Source creative and innovative channels and methodologies on sourcing right talents in the market
  • Review and develop the recruitment process, policy and procedures

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum of 10 years solid HR experience of which a focus in recruitment & selection
  • Team supervisory experience is required
  • Experience in leading and organizing recruitment programs and projects
  • Excellent communication and effective interpersonal skills
  • Proficient PC skills in MS Office Applications
  • Good command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
