Job Description

The company is expanding and this is a newly created headcount to assist in the business expansion of the role in US/ UK region.
As our HR Manager, you will provide the full suite of human resources services including Payroll,
Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management as well as HR Policies. You will also
ensure the smooth administration of all HR operational activities of our employees' career cycle.

Adecco is partnering with a Creative brand and they are currently looking for a HR Manager to join their team!
The incumbent will be working closely with the Head of HR to run the full spectrum of HR initiatives such as HR operations (end to end recruitment, payroll management, onboarding to offboarding activities), and developing HR policies and procedures for the company. As the company is expanding the region in US/UK, prior experience working in this region is an added advantage.
Location: East Area

Job scope:

  • Handle full spectrum of local and overseas recruitment process
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiative aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Identify and develop training need of employees, and manage employee training programs
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
  • Provide guidance and advice on employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other HR issues
  • Responsible for the monthly payroll processing of the company and timely submission of statutory requirements (CPF, IR8A, IR21, NS Claims, Maternity Leave Claims, etc.)
  • Administer all Work Pass matters
  • Stay abreast of local labor regulations and industry trends to provide factual advice to management
  • Requirements:

  • Diploma/degree in any field
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese language (written and spoken) to liaise effectively with native Chinese speaking counterparts based in China
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws
  • Possesses initiative to provide HR sugestions to the management team
