Manage the full spectrum of HR in areas of talent acquisition, performance management, talent development as well as compensations and benefits for 3 countries
Handle day-to-day HR operational matters including administration of monthly payroll, statutory reporting, employee benefits, maintenance of employee records and HRIS
Partner with business leaders on recruitment needs, handle end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, interviewing, selection, offering, onboarding and orientation
Manage foreign manpower and expatriate matters including work pass administration, repatriation matters, accommodation, and income tax reporting
Assist in annual salary review and recognition programme as well as benchmarking of compensation, benefits and awards to drive high performance and to retain key talent
Provide expertise, counsel and education to business leaders on a variety of HR matters and partnering with business leaders on employee performance, discipline, grievance, employee relations, and conducting HR investigations
Participate and lead special projects related to HR planning and strategies development to support the achievement of business operations, streamline and update HR processes, policies and procedures
Oversee the Singapore office administration and business travel matters
Requirements:
Min Bachelors in Human Resource Management or related discipline
Min 8 years of HR generalist/operations experience
Well-versed in Singapore employment regulations including Employment Act, MOM, CPF, IRAS
Familiar with Malaysia labour law and regulations will be highly advantageous
Good written and verbal English communication
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and HRIS (preferably SuccessFactors)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team player and detail oriented
Able to act independently with urgency and move at a fast pace
Ability to communicate Korean language at a business level is an advantage due to frequent liaising with internal stakeholders in Korea Office and handle business documents in their native language
