Job Description

  • Regional C&B Exposure
  • HRIS Implementation experience is required
  • Occasional travel is required

Job Duties:

- Reporting to the Head of HR, you will provide C&B advices to ensure market competitiveness and support regional C&B projects

- Design and develop C&B policies and competitive schemes

- Manages key partners within the HQ and regional business leaders to develop reward recommendation that helps to sustain business development needs

- Key point of contact for region to understand, evaluate and communicate HRIS system changes and requirements

- Responsible for ensyuring high level of user engagement within their region including both business and HR users

Requirements:

- At least 8 years' experience in regional C&B projects and HR systems implementation required, usage of SAP/ Workday is highly preferred

- Proven ability to develop strong business relationship and influence decision making process

- Strong written and verbal skills in both English and Cantonese

- Ability to work within an international environment and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines

- Strong team player who is mature, high sense of urgency and initiative and enjoy striving for results

- Ability to travel when required
