Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Position : HR Manager (HRBP / FULL SPECTRUM / POLICIES / ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT)
  • Location : Sembawang (Might move their office to Paya Lebar by end of this year or next year)
  • Working hours : 5 days / office hours
  • Salary (Commensurate with experience) : Up to $6,500 Basic + AWS
  • Duration : Perm
  • Industry : Real estate conglomerate focused on property development, investment and management
  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full range of HR functions including talent acquisitions, performance management, compensation and benefits, staff welfare, disciplinary, training and development but exclude payroll.
  • Improve on the HR requirements in the organisation in respect of recruitment, retention and development.
  • Oversee all aspects of the HR practices and processes.
  • Review and manage the performance appraisals.
  • Manage projects and initiatives as required which include employees activities e.g. staff dinner, company trips and yearly events.
  • Identify the gaps in the organisations HR process and system and propose methods and procedures for improvement.
  • Comply with statutory reporting and filing requirements e.g. MOM, CPF, IRAS, NS and other government claims along with the administration of work-pass application/issuance/renewal/cancellation.
  • Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma in HR and/or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of HR working experience
  • Familiarity with Timesoft and Unit4 HRM system preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.
  • Immediate starter is preferred
