Our client holds a stable market share in its industry and is poised for continual expansion in the Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Commercial, R&D teams. Today, we have a position as a HR Manager - HRBP and Talent Acquisition Lead to lead this highly capable regional head office team based in Singapore. You will pride yourself in being involved in the development and execution of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organization's business goals. Accountabilities This position will be responsible for partnering with functions including Commercial and R&D, with a keen focus on Talent Acquisition and Talent Management strategy for the Asia Pacific region. You will report into the Asia Pacific HR Director, and lead 1 direct report. * Timely and quality advice for critical decision-making is ensured by working with managers regarding the intent, application, and compliance requirements of significant labour and regulatory laws, providing guidance on the application of company policies, procedures, and standards to employees, and providing expertise in the areas of human capital * Ensure of quality recruitment and selection * Work with Business Leaders on responsive programs for increased employee engagement and harmonious relationships * Implement succession and career development programs for employees in coordination with the functional heads * Detect and handle complaints, disputes and grievances of all staff without being political, conduct exit and grievance interviews when needed and be the focal point for all local labour dispute cases * Guide the management team in developing talent acquisition and development plans to ensure that employees can grow and demonstrate mastery of required competencies in their jobs and deliver desired performance levels * Other HR projects as needed Requirements * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent * Minimum of 8-10 years' experience, including at least 2 years of management experience * Experience working in multinational matrix setups * Experience in handling manufacturing setup * Good knowledge of Singapore labour law * Good leadership skills with the ability to drive, motivate and work in a team and exercise independent judgment as well as see through things * A team player with good planning, interpersonal and organizational skills, and ability to interact effectively with all levels within and outside the company * Strong presentation skills with good command in both spoken and written English Our client has a strong focus on core values, encouraging innovation and a positive attitude to the opportunities afforded by change as port of a growing organisation.
