Job Description

The role will be required to support a broad range of strategic HR strategies and initiatives from Group HR to drive alignment with Group policy and practices.

This role reports directly to Group Cargo Solutions and has a functional reporting line to the Global Head of HR / SVP (Group HR).


  • Assisting Group HR in rolling out HR strategies and programs required to maintain a progressive work culture.
  • Ensure human resource strategies and initiatives in Group Cargo Solutions are aligned with Group HR principles.
  • Work with Group HR to oversee implementation of HR services, policies, programs so that a high standard of service and administration is achieved by monitoring Group Cargo Solutions respective department units ie Group Platform Solutions, Enterprise Architect, PSA CS International, performance against standards and targets and driving best practices in the following HR initiatives:
  • Recruitment
  • Performance Management
  • Learning and development
  • Staff communications
  • Organisation Development
  • Talent Management
  • Succession Planning
  • Mobility support
  • Compliance with The Code of Business Ethics & Conduct
  • Coordinate with Group HR on FISH, OD and Training matters for Group Cargo Solutions
  • Any other HR-related matters
  • Requirements

  • Degree in Business, HR, Organisation Development, or related area and/or related experience
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience preferably in Supply Chain / Logistics Industry
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and sensitive to cross cultural issues
  • Ability to work independently or in teams as the situation requires, and be highly adaptable to work in a diverse environment
  • Strong drive for results and value creation focus
  • Comfortable with doing live facilitation when necessary
  • Experience in internal and external stakeholder communication and management and learning management systems will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and data visualization tools like PowerBI will be an advantage
