Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage effective roster planning and manpower deployment for the Centre
  • Lead the manpower requisition and deployment for service partners and contract partners
  • Manage full spectrum of HR functions
  • Manage Industrial Relations
  • Maintain a cordial employee relations climate by counselling employees, development and
  • administrating various employee relations activities and promoting communications between
  • employees and management
  • Strong vendor-management experience
  • Administering Group insurance plans
  • Manage induction process for all new employees
  • Requirements

  • IHRP-certified
  • Degree in Business specializing in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Experience in roster planning and resource management required
  • At least 5 years of experience in full spectrum of HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial position
  • Industrial relations experience desired
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with staff of all levels, internally and externally, in a
  • professional and responsive manger
  • Good knowledge of Singapore employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Effective strategic thinking, planning and project management skills
  • Meticulous, proven ability to innovate, work independently and work in a team
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and work under pressure and tight timeline
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, late evening and weekend when needed
  • Must be skilled in using Excel and other business software.
