Our client is a Chinese Conglomerate group with strong presence across the globe.

They are looking for a HR Manager to look after their HR & administration department in HK. It would be a great opportunity for individual who is looking for a stable working environment.

About the job:

  • Supervise the subordinates to conduct full spectrum of HR functions with ranging from Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management and Staff Engagement
  • Provide strategic advise to line managers on people management issues to support business operations and cultivate cooperative environment
  • Monitor and implement corporate policies and initiatives at group level prospective
  • Review and streamline HR process and procedures to enhance HR capabilities and operation effectiveness
  • Lead the annual HR projects including Annual Appraisal Review, Employee Survey, SAP system enhancement, Staff Activities amongst other key projects and initiatives

Skills & Experiences Required:

  • University Degree holder
  • A minimum of 7 years' relevant HR Generalist experience
  • Passionate, energetic with strong inter-personal skill
