- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, C&B, succession planning, performance management and employee relations
- Manage full employee life cycle from recruitment and selection, on-boarding, engagement and development to off boarding
- Work on various annual exercises including salary review, incentive scheme review, performance appraisal, employee survey, etc.
- Support department head in formulating and executing HR initiatives in line with forecast growth of the business
- Degree holder, minimum 6 years of HR generalist experience gained from sizable MNC
- Resourceful, organized and result-oriented; willing to take up challenges
- Passionate, energetic and creative
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)and English
