Job Description

We are a centrally located boutique recruitment firm experiencing strong growth. As the company scales, we are looking to bring on a HR Manager who can help support through the next phase of growth and development roadmap.

Duties

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource operations - Talent acquisition, Payroll Matters, Manpower & Succession Planning, Employee Relations and Retention, Training & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Company HR Policies and Procedures.
  • Develop talent strategy as it relates to current and future talent requirements, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
  • Oversee all payroll functions in the organization
  • Main point of contact on all HR matters, providing advice and guidance to the Higher Management team and the rest of the employees.
  • Develop, enhance and implement appropriate HR policies initiatives, with a view to increase employee engagement and attract talents while retaining good performers.
  • Conduct yearly headcount budgeting together with the line management.
  • Prepare HR reports, including budgets as required.
  • Ensure efficiency and compliance of Human Resource teams internal workflow and processes.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

    • Requirement

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Supervisory experience will be advantageous
  • Proven work experience in process & policy implementation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
