Job Description



A leading technology software company is seeking an experienced HR professional to formulate, develop and implement results on HR issues here in Japan while also contributing to the APAC agenda of the organization. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to optimize the organizational HR structure of the business in Japan and act as an advisor on a broad range of HR issues, including the employee life cycle.


Description

The key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

* Managing Talent Acquisition Processes





* Working with Management to improve organizational capabilities





* Leading APAC HR projects





* Occasional supervision of external vendors





* Collaboration with global counterparts



* Overseeing HR Functions, including Talent Management and Employee Relations


Profile

A successful candidate will have:

* Experience as an HR professional





* Strong Japanese and English communication skills





* The ability to think independently and learn quickly





* Confidence working in an international, dynamic and fast-changing environment





* Experience working in a multinational company





* A track record of delivering results



* Experience managing a sales team is a plus
