Our client is a highly successful FMCG MNC, with a sizeable global presence. They are now hiring for an experienced HR Manager to be based in Singapore. Reporting to the Head of HR, this role will be focused on supporting the Singapore office.
Role As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Performance Management and Employee Relations. You will provide advice to the staff on all HR matters, plus be involved in the guidance of managers and employees to ensure compliance with talent & leadership development practices. This role will also be actively contributing to various change management initiatives and in shaping the company culture.
This role will also have to advise stakeholders in a matrix organization on all collective bargaining, HR regulatory and HR policy issues/legal advice.
Requirements You are degree qualified, ideally with at least of 5 7 years experience as a HR Generalist/Business Partner. Experience within FMCG is a plus. You are willing to travel to the office and to work onsite when required.
