Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible to develop, implement, and review strategic policies, performance management process, and documentation to improve company's productivity and employee's satisfaction
  • Support and guides Line managers in HR related issues and matters
  • Take care of employee's career development through training and performance review processes
  • Manage post review action plans continuously to develop high potential performers
  • Handle compensation and benefits programs, review and provide solutions to retain staffs
  • Work closely with Higher Management to set a proper benchmarking
  • Lead in staff performance review and succession planning
  • Guide the Training team to ensure training roadmaps are aligned to business goals
  • Liaise with Operation team to identify Learning and Development requirements for employees
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

  • Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience with HR managerial function
  • Problem solving, independent, possess good leadership traits
  • Excellent communication skills, knowledge in Employment Acts and MOM regulations
