Reporting to the HR Director, this role work closely with all stakeholders to drive a high-performance culture for the organization. This role will oversee the full spectrum of HR matters, including employer branding and HR communication within the organisation.
You will oversee Compensation & Benefits matters: with the opportunity to define total compensation packages, critically analyse salary data, participate in salary and labour market surveys, make evaluations on the competitiveness of the companys pay structure relative to the industry and make recommendations/changes where necessary. You will also design bonuses, incentive pay schemes and oversee employee benefits programmes.
