Responsibilities:
- Manage compensation and benefits function which includes
- Process monthly payroll to ensure compliance with all local legislation;
- Analyze wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan
- Administer staff benefit program such as travel insurance, health related benefits and leave
- Handle sourcing, recruitment and selection of candidates
- Administer performance review program to ensure effectiveness and equity within the organization
- Provide recommendations to Management to resolve employee relations issues
- Plan and execute staff engagement programs and company events
- Develop, implement, review and update HR policies and procedures
- Provide monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports on HR matters
- Attend business/operation meetings and support business units in manpower planning and prepare manpower budget
- Work with business unit on job redesign, best practices, and to meet manpower needs and assist to rewrite job description
- Lead and oversee new and existing HR projects
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource/Business or Management
- At least 8 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical, problem solving and follow-up skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
