Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR including talent acquisitions, performance management, compensation and benefits, staff welfare and training.
  • Supervise a company or organization's hiring process, from recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff.
  • Improve employee engagement, build strategic talent resources plans.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
  • Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements.
  • Deploying and implementing Group HR policies, including customization.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
  • Perform any other duties, tasks & projects as and when assigned.
  • Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field with at least 3 years of HR Manager experience.
  • Excellent leadership, training and developmental skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
