Our client is a Hong Kong listed consumer good provider. As part of the business expansion, they are looking for an HR Manager to establish the CB team.
About The Role
Reporting to the HR Director, you are responsible for the full spectrum of CB functions. You will drive and implement CB strategy according to the groups initiatives. Besides, you will lead annual CB practices including but not limited to salary and bonus review, surveying and benchmarking as well as commission schemes review. Moreover, you will oversee the completion of payroll activities to produce accurate and timely delivery of payroll services to all BU and the group. Lastly, you will review and analyse payroll procedures and drive recommend changes to the operation team to obtain the best practice.
The Succession Applicants:
To qualify, you should be a degree holder in HR, Finance, Accounting or equivalent and have a minimum of 8 years' hands-on CB/payroll experience. Having payroll experience in sizeable companies is preferred. You should be familiar with MS Office. Being knowledgeable in Peoplesoft or other HRIS will be a plus. In addition, you should be detail-minded and have strong numeric sense. Having strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in English and Cantonese is a must.
