HR Manager - China
Armstrong Asia is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join the team. Partnering with the business at a Group strategic level, the incumbent will be a key team player in overseeing HR operations for China by providing support to our employees and maximising productivity and effectiveness. This role focuses on ensuring smooth execution of all HR processes for our employees throughout the employee life-cycle, which will encompass strategically reviewing and implementing company policies, and maintaining HR systems. You will be instrumental in providing HR advisory to managers across China. Ultimately, you will ensure our HR initiatives are cost-effective, smoothly run and contribute to a stellar work environment.
Under the HR analytics function, you will be leading strategic HR analyses on our current processes and derive action plans that enable business excellence from a people angle. An ideal candidate would be numbers driven and data-savvy, and is able to derive insights that correlate to HR organizational objectives.
