Client Details
Our client is a publicly listed large organization and has established a strong presence in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for an experienced C&B Manager to be involved in rewards C&B projects and to lead subordinates on a daily basis.
Description
- Manage and be involved in group level Rewards projects such as title and grading structure, review the incentive and bonus plans, executive compensation calculation
- In charge of review/ revamp of the company benefits program, including but not limited to employee pension schemes, company medical plans to ensure the overall competitiveness
- Conduct data analysis for annual compensation review projects.
- When required extract, review and prepare data for analysis & reporting for upper management using a variety of different tools
- Analyse competitive trends in compensation and identifies the organisation's position against the market.
- Providing advice, support and guidance to HRBPs and management for all rewards matters according to our Rewards governance and policies
- Other ad-hoc projects as required
Profile
- The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Human Resources Management, or related discipline.
- A minimum 6 years of solid experience in Compensation & Benefits; prior managerial experience a plus.
- Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance
- Sensitive to numbers; prior experience in handling mass data a plus
- Highly analytical and result oriented
- Well organised, strong stakeholder management and good business acumen
- Candidates with less experience but with a high integrity and good attitude in learning may also be considered
