Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description :

  • Develop HR plan with heads of business units for immediate and long-term requirements
  • Develop plan to deploy organizations workforce to maximize productivity in pursuit of organizational vision, mission, strategy and plans in consultation with stakeholders
  • Engage senior management to support organization development and change interventions
  • Review the range of HR services against their corresponding HR service delivery channels critically to identify opportunities for continuous improvement of service quality or costs reduction
  • Collaborate with line managers to project future skills demand and supply
  • Implement HR transformation programme to improve the effectiveness of HR service delivery and cost efficiency for the organization
  • Other Ad-hoc duties assigned
  • Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business / Human Resource Management or equivalent with min 2 years of experience and above
  • Proven ability to partner with business leaders and scope solutions to human resource issues and change management
  • Strong leadership skills, a good team with problem solving and good interpersonal skill
  • Able to converse in Japanese to liaise with Japan HQ
