Our client is a multinational FMCG group with strong global existence. To cope with their growth in Hong Kong, an exciting business partnering opportunity is available within their HR BP team


We are now seeking for a HR MANAGER



  • Provide full range of HR services to designated business units
  • Act as an advisor and partner with BU heads and department managers on people strategy to cope with the business growth
  • Handle staff HR enquiries and provide effective advice and solutions
  • Coach and guide line mangers on performance management programs to ensure people performance and development progress within the department
  • Identify high potential and successor of senior position and facilitate corresponding talent development programs
  • Participate in corporate HR projects as required



  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • 8-12 years of solid HR experience with strong focus in business partnering
  • Experience liaising with senior management on HR strategic planning and advisory
  • Familiar with HK Labour Ordinance
  • Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
