Job Description

1. Organizing daily management system maintenance and implementing the company's various rules and regulations;
2. Organizing the maintenance of employee file contracts, and coordinating the procedures of employee entry, demission, conversion and post transfer;
3. Understanding the social insurance regulations of Thailand and familiar with the procedures;
4. Implementing the company's recruitment process, including channel selection, recruitment advertisement release, position release, resume screening and interview arrangement;
5. Coordinating employee relations, answered policy questions and solved various problems raised by employees;
6. Handling work visa, managing accommodation, booking hotel, air tickets and be responsible for other administrative matters.
1. Post-1990, bachelor degree or above, about 3 years of hr work experience
2. Familiar with human resource recruitment and employee relations modules
3. Professional, steadfast and willing to work, able to face pressure and challenges;
4. Strong communication and coordination ability, clear logical thinking and certain statistical analysis ability;
5. Pioneering spirit, good sense of teamwork, and strong learning ability;
6. Fluent Thai, Chinese is preferred.
