About the Job:

As HR Manager you will set, drive and execute the HR strategic priorities and tactical tasks within the APAC region. You will establish the overall region HR strategic action plan, in alignment with Global TWS strategic goals and HR global guidelines, managing key HR areas such as: Recruitment and Talent acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Organization development, Employer Branding, Compliance, Employee Engagement, Training & Development, Performance Evaluation. Your role will be key to attract, retain and develop the right talents in the APAC region.

You will report directly to the Regional President and functionally to the VP Human Resources, to ensure full consistency with the global HR practices.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and Global HR practices
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system, that drives high performance
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Key requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree; Masters degree will be considered a plus
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational environment with exposure to Asian Region
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Structured and logical approach; project and change management experiences will be considered an advantage
  • Strong People attitude, ability to motivate others and experience in managing conflict with a win-win outcome
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional language is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office with profound experience in Excel
  • Some availability to travel
