Job Description

Principal Duties & Accountabilities:


You will be spending most of your time on understand and identify the needs of the business whilst acting as the primary point of contact for HR for employees in APAC

Recommend additions to the existing benefits and procedures to create scalable systems

To prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and policies, as well as to handle benefits administration and renewal

To manage and assess office and employees' performance

To communicate with management to understand and resolve issues from HR perspective

Provide HR orientation and onboarding for all new joiners, as well as offboarding procedures for leavers

Handle performance management and employee relations

Managing global mobility for employees leaving or joining Asian offices; processing visas and ensuring compliance with regulations

Ideal candidates should possess:


Fluency in English and Mandarin

A degree holder with a minimum of 4 years of HR Generalist experience in Asia

Strong stakeholder management, communication and time managements skills with ability to complete various projects in a timely manner with limited supervision

A flexible and adaptable personality who is willing to combat the language and culture differences across APAC

A 'can do' attitude who would proactively voice out areas of improvement to the management team for best HR practice

Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism under all circumstances
