- Coordinate on hiring request and headcount planning.
- Handle the recruitment activities of mid to high management levels positions of the Company.
- Liaise closely with HODs on hiring requirements and interview arrangements.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies to fill up critical hiring headcounts.
- Coordinate and handle offering process.
- Coordinate on orientation.
- Perform other administrative duties as it requested.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in HR / Business Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years working experience in Human Resource (generalist or specialize in recruitment) or related field.
- Able to handle the job responsibilities as described.
- Applicant must be willing to work in Puchong.
- Must fulfill 3 months contract (*Position is not renewable after 3 months contract).
- EPF & SOSCO.
- Annual leave.
- 5 workings days/week - 8.30am - 5.30pm
