About the Company

Our client is a well-known conglomerate incorporated .They are currently looking for an experienced Employee Benefits professional- Manager to join their Group Human Resources Department .

About the Job

  • Responsible for the Groups annual insurance renewals for employee benefits programs and provides related advisory services to the Groups business in APAC
  • Managing the all activities relating to EB and international talent mobility processes for the Group
  • Review the research and analysis of employee and market trend
  • Develop and update quantitative models ,metrics, reports and tools
  • Liaise with brokers, insurers and relocation partners

Skills and Experiences Required

  • Degree in Human resources or related disciplines
  • At least 6 years working experience in benefit plan strategy in MNC for APAC
  • Global Mobility experience is an advantage
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Command in English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
