The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Driving full spectrum of HR cycle including recruitment, performance management, employee benefits, onboarding and exit interviews etc. for Singapore and Malaysian office
- Time management and payroll matters
- Prepare monthly reports and generate HR statistics
- Ensure compliance with statutory legislations and Company regulations
- Support employees wellness / engagement programs
- Maintain open communication with employees on HR issues
- Partner with business managers to effectively meet business goals
- Conducts meetings with respective business units
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
The successful candidate should possess:
- At least five (5) years of working experience in the related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Experience from FMCG / retail industry will be advantageous
- Ability to work independently and a positive attitude
- Excellent communication and engagement skills
- Well versed in local regulations
